The Montana Board of Housing Compliance Staff focuses on the responsibilities of owners and managers of all Housing Credit properties, from the beginning of the lease up period through the end of the compliance period.
This year’s 2024 Annual Compliance Conference will be held at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort April 23rd – 25th. This year’s trainer is U.S. Housing Consultants. Check-in for the conference will open in the morning from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on April 23rd, followed by a short state-specific presentation by the Multifamily staff of Montana Housing that afternoon. U.S. Housing Consultants will conduct their instruction April 24th and 25th.
The HCCP exam offered by U.S. Housing Consultants is offered on-line only. At this time, we have not been informed of the timeframe during which this exam must be taken. If you’re new to the LIHTC program, this will be your best (and least expensive) opportunity to become LIHTC certified. Registration for the event will be $350, with an additional $125 if taking the HCCP exam.
Unfortunately, we are not offering a virtual option this year.
