Income and Rent Limits
Household income limitations are determined based on the area's median gross income as determined by U.S. Housing and Urban Development. Each year, HUD adjusts the area's median household income based on a variety of factors such as the area economy and household growth.
Income restrictions are determined on a Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) or county level and are determined for households of four.
