Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE)

The Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) will provide $225 million in funding for communities across the country to preserve and revitalize manufactured housing units and eligible manufactured housing communities (MHCs). This grant competition is first-of-its-kind and builds on HUD’s recent actions to support residents of manufactured housing.

PRICE Main focuses on affordable housing preservation by encouraging revitalization and enhancement activities to preserve existing MHCs and manufactured housing units, including the repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of existing manufactured homes; infrastructure improvements; and planning and resilience activities.
