Montana Housing Compliance Training update (10/26/2021):

Greetings from Montana Housing’s Tax Credit Team!

As our compliance site visit season winds down and the temperatures drop, sights are set towards Montana Housing’s LIHTC compliance training.  For the past couple of years, Montana Housing has been offering this training in the fall and the spring, albeit virtually, as opposed to in-person.  We have been fielding numerous inquiries as to the dates of the fall training this year.  Unfortunately, we have decided to forego the training this fall.  At this time, we invite you to tentatively set aside the week of March 28 – April 1 to join us for our spring LIHTC training event.  We had initially hoped to hold the training live and in-person at Fairmont.  However, considering the current climate surrounding the COVID-19 issue, we felt it more prudent to hold another virtual training.

As the nature of our industry is so people-oriented and business is conducted face-to-face, we all look forward to the day we can hold these trainings in-person once again.  We miss you all!
