WHAT:  You may be telling a brilliant, important story, but you might use words that actually make people stop hearing you. 

Watch this presentation, if you want to know more.  

WHY: HCT members surveyed communicators across Montana about their successes and frustrations when trying to get listeners to understand issues having to do with "Affordable Housing".  After a strong response, a subcommittee was formed to explore possible solutions.  We are sharing what we learned.

WHO: This information is for anyone interested in delivering any message in a way that it is much more likely to be heard by your intended audience.

HOW:  To access the Messaging Matters portal of information, please follow these simple instructions:
