Moody’s Upgrades Montana Board of Housing Rating

The Montana Board of Housing’s credit rating has been upgraded by Moody’s Investors Service which will result in the board being able to provide more low-interest mortgages to Montanans.

Montana Board of Housing Boosts Access to Affordable Homes After $42 Million Bond Sale

Department of Commerce Announces $600,000 Grant to City of Missoula for Low-Income Housing Assistance

HELENA - Today, Governor Steve Bullock and Montana Department of Commerce Director Meg O’Leary announced the recent award of $600,000 to the City of Missoula. The grant will be used to assist low- and very low-income households to provide down payment and closing cost assistance to prospective homeowners.
