TEFRA Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intent of the Montana Board of Housing to hold a public hearing on the Board's proposed issuance of:
Up to $4,500,000 of its multifamily housing revenue obligations (the "Obligations"), the proceeds of which will be used to finance a loan for the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of the Big Sky Manor Apartments, a 60-unit affordable housing development located at 110 Second Avenue West, Kalispell, Montana 59901. The owner/borrower will be Big Sky Preservation, LP, a Montana registered limited partnership, or another affiliate of Montway Partners, LLC; and
Up to $9,000,000 of its multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which will be used to finance a loan for the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of the Vista Villa Apartments, an affordable housing development consisting of 96 scattered site units located in eight buildings at the following addresses in Great Falls, Montana 59404:

715 3rd Avenue Northwest
The owner/borrower will be MT Vista Villa Housing Associates LLLP, a Montana registered limited liability limited partnership, or another affiliate of Wishrock Development Group.
