2018 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP)

Announcing Public Comment Period: February 13, 2017 to March 1, 2017 at 5:00p.m. MST

We want to hear your ideas and suggestions.  The 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan will determine how Montana's Housing Credits are used to develop affordable multifamily rental units. The Montana Board of Housing accepts comments and suggestions for this document that is used to determine scoring priorities for the competitive application process.

There are the two key Housing Credits Program Documents for the 2018 Round of Allocations for you to review and make comments on:

2017 MDOC Tenant Based Section 8 Administrative Plan

Announcing 30-Day Public Comment Period: February 14, 2017 to February 28, 2017

We want to hear your ideas and suggestions.  The 2017 MDOC Tenant-Based Section 8 Administrative Plan is a comprehensive guide to the MDOC public housing agency (PHA) policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. There are two parts to the PHA Plan: the 5-Year Plan, which each PHA submits to HUD once every 5th PHA fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which is submitted to HUD every year by non-qualified agencies.
