Public Comment & Hearing Opportunities

The notices are for opportunities to make Public Comment for a variety of programs or specific documents.



WHAT:  Notice is hearby given of the intent of the Montana Board of Housing to hold a public hearing on the Board’s proposed issuance of up to $20,000,000 of its multifamily housing revenue obligations. The proceeds of this issuance will be used to finance a loan for the acquisition, construction and equipping of the Rockcress Commons, a 92‑unit affordable housing development located at the intersection of 23th St South and 24th Ave South, Great Falls, Montana 59405.  The owner/borrower will be MT Rockcress 4%, LLLP, a Montana registered limited liability limited partnership, or another affiliate of GMD Development, LLC or Neighborworks Great Falls. CLICK HERE TO READ OR PRINT THE FULL NOTICE.

WHERE:  You may attend this public hearing in two ways:

  2. If you must attend in person, the public hearing will occur in the office of the Executive director of the Montana Board of Housing located at 301 South Park Avenue, Second Floor, Helena, Montana. 

HOW:  Oral comments are limited to five minutes; however, written comments will be accepted and included in the record of the public hearing.  To submit written comments, you may use either of two methods:
