Housing Initiatives
Workgroup leader: Bruce Brensdal
Task: This workgroup will coordinate efforts to promote Housing Initiatives at the State and Federal level. There is a huge focus on housing issues at this time because of the increasing need for affordable housing across Montana, also because it has become apparent that the lack of housing has a direct impact on our economy. This is the time to use our combined wisdom, experiences and strengths to streamline and more efficiently focus the energy spent on our search for the limited resources in which to accommodate this demand. There is a link below to the first output from this workgroup. Feel free to print out copies to take to conferences or meetings that you feel would be receptive to your unified message from Montana. A document which will list talking points for each Federal Initiative will be posted soon.
