Instructions for the Uniform Application for Montana's Housing Loan, Grant & Tax Credit Programs

This document and the forms provided below were developed by all participating programs to reduce time, effort and expense incurrd when applying to multiple agencies for financial assistance.

Each program has a unique mission and individual program requirements along with different ranking priorities for funds. It is important for the applicant to contact each program to obtain the program-specific application guidelines and any program supplemental information or materials required.

Fillable UNIAPP Forms

This is a fillable Excel Form. You will want to save it to your computer before filling it with data.

Use the instructions provided above as you complete the Uniform Application Form for Montana Housing Projects.  Unless otherwise specified, fill in all blanks (if the question is not applicable, type NA or use a zero in the appropriate space).  Please note:  this application form was developed using spreadsheet software and will automatically calculate totals, etc.

There is an EXAMPLE Form provided, below, for your convenience.

 TIP:

See the image to the right. When you right-click on the tab arrows, which are located at the lower left part of the Excel window after you have opened the UNIAPP Forms, you will see a menu of all the forms and you can use it to select the next form you need.
