2009

$450,000 - Rehabilitation Assistance and Demolition Demolition of 5 vacant, severely substandard units and to provide housing rehabilitation assistance to 24 low and moderate income homeowners and 4 rentals. |

$450,000 - New Contstruction 5-unit apartment building that will provide transitional housing to homeless young mothers. |

2008
|
$450,000 - Rehabilitation Rehabilitate 24 affordable apartments in the Park County Senior Center building (originally built in 1919) for low and moderate income seniors, 62 years and older. |

$450,000 - Acquisition and Reconfiguration Site and infrastructure improvements to pave roads, improve water and sewer lines, and storm drainage in a mobile home park. Funds made available to individual home owners to place their homes on permanent foundations. Offer financial assistance to mobile home owners of those that do not meet HUD standards. |

$450,000 - Housing Rehabilitation, Down Payment Assistance, Demolition In order to revitalize the housing stock for the elderly, disabled and very low income, propose to demolish six vacant properties, provide housing rehabilitation assistance and energy conservation assistance to 18 owner-occupied or rental units. |
2007

$450,000 - New Construction/Rehabilitation A new construction and rehabilitation project which will provide a psychiatric crisis stabilization facility for Butte, including emergency detention with secure beds and voluntary crisis stabilization. |

$450,000 - Housing Rehabilitation and Demolition This project will include: a historic inventory of the town to identify which structures may be eligible for inclusion on the National Register; demolition of six vacant, severely substandard properties; provide energy conservation and housing rehabilitation assistance to 16 housing units occupied by low or moderate income residents; and provide down payment assistance to two first-time homebuyers. |

| $450,000 - Rehabilitation
The project will provide much needed repairs on the Eagles Manor II building which was constructed in 1976 and which houses elderly and disabled. The building has been rated "substantially substandard" and does not meet current fire code and accessibility standards. The roof, heating, and cooling system have exceeded their life expectancy and are energy inefficient and proving costly to repair and maintain. In addition, plumbing does not meet current building codes. |
